The recycling hub through the RC&D is now open in Plainview.

The bins are located next to the City Office and are available for public use from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday-Friday. Please stop in the office and the staff will assist you in entering the garage. A list of accepted items is attached below. Please contact the City Office with any questions at 582-4928
